After the Empowerment Retreat, I’ve been focusing on journaling. ✨💭Journaling allows you to channel your thoughts and feelings and understand exactly how to best manage those thoughts and feelings.
I’d like you all, daily, to set yourself a challenge - Ask yourself “How did today go?” “How do I feel today?” “Did I achieve my goals?” “What could I have done better?” “What made me smile today?”
After a while you’ll start to notice patterns in your behaviour, and moments or people that have an effect on your life, whether it’s positive or negative.
You can then make constructive, positive changes in your life to improve your MindSet
